The Years End - That's a Wrap 2025

 Through the Lens of 2025 Krystal after completing the 1000 yard shoot. Now that the year is coming to a wrap, there is no better time than to go through each month with some of my favorite images taken! This year was filled with wonder and self-discovery but also so many trials to strengthen myself and my family.  January  Oh, January. For me this month is always about the birds. In 2025 we worked to make our property a certified wildlife habitat and come January - it shows!  February  Late winter in Tennessee is a fascinating time! The first signs of life begin later in the month and the moss and fungus are in full color.  March  Oh March. It's one of my favorite times of year. The days are longer, the sun is warmer, but the trees are still bare enough to see into the forest.  April April is a special month in our family and spring goes into full swing! Happy Birthday to Me.

  Birthday Wishes.  Today is my 36th birthday. This little girl is now a middle-aged woman.  Krystal as a toddler. It's wild to think how far life has taken me. As a middle schooler I didn't think making it to my 30's, let alone my 36th birthday, would happen. I've been so grateful for all my life experiences thus far.  In order to celebrate - check out 36 images that I've taken during my 30s .  36. First Capital, Kansas  Fort Riley, Kansas A few years back I had the opportunity to visit one of my best friends at Fort Riley, Kansas. I love historic architecture so this was a very exciting find.  35. Backyard Cardinal  Big Rock, Tennessee After I turned 30 I discovered birding and dove straight into all things ornithology.
